Our Mission
The mission of the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka Club of America (RTBCA) is to create a community of Bolonka enthusiasts whose common goal is to preserve the integrity and develop the breed in the United States.

The objectives of the RTBCA include advancing the study, preservation, and responsible exhibition of the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka. The RTBCA supports and promotes dog events that encourage interest in the breed and uphold the principles of breeding for correct type, sound structure, and true companion-dog function.
The RTBCA is committed to taking all necessary actions to protect, preserve, and ensure the long‑term continuity and integrity of the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka.

While all dogs enrich our lives, purebred dogs offer a level of predictability in temperament, structure, and purpose that strengthens the human–animal bond. The RTBCA is dedicated to breeding for correct type and true companion‑dog function, ensuring the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka is created, preserved, and continually improved as an ideal companion for today’s growing urban population.
