RTBCA makes no warranty or guarantee about any breeder or the puppies from any breeder.
The RTBCA recommends that prospective Bolonka owners ask the breeder about Guarantees, contracts, and age-appropriate health testing.
Breeders should also provide an AKC Registration Certificate or Litter Certificate and/or assist in getting all Bolonkas registered with the AKC so that dogs can be transferred to the new owner in AKC records to help the breed meet the qualifications as we move toward full recognition.
The Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka is currently part of the AKC Foundation Stock Service (FSS), and has been approved to advance to the Miscellaneous Class in January 2023, the next step towards Full AKC recognition.
